We had a wonderful stay at Beachborough Park! The historic country estate in East Kent offers a unique and peaceful getaway. The self-contained Bed and Breakfast accommodations are cozy and comfortable, providing a perfect blend of modern amenities while preserving the estate's historic charm. The proximity to the Eurotunnel terminal made it a convenient choice for our family in addition to being pet friendly. The location is also a paradise for walkers, as it's close to the North Downs Way, offering beautiful hiking opportunities. We especially enjoyed exploring the nearby seaside town of Hythe. The friendly and accommodating staff made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend Beachborough Park for a tranquil and memorable retreat in East Kent.

In the private and peaceful grounds of Canterbury Cathedral, this stylish lodge offers free Wi-Fi, hearty breakfasts and scenic views. Canterbury’s historic centre is a 2-minute walk away. Staying on Cathedral grounds was absolutely magical. The Lodge has a very lovely large garden with a dreamy view of the cathedral, a beautiful breakfast area with a very nice outside space, and the lounge looked inviting too. Breakfast options were wonderful. The room was pretty and practical, everything was spotless. Strolling on the grounds in the evening, when all the touristy hustle and bustle was over, was meditative and magical.

The Patch is an absolutely beautiful B&B and the owners are so lovely and friendly. The whole experience from the moment we arrived to the minute we left was nothing short of exceptional. We booked the largest room which was incredibly spacious with a gorgeous en-suite and comfy bed. Careful thought was put to all the amenities in the room (even extra pillows, slippers and bathrobes) which made our stay even more comfortable and relaxed. There’s ample parking and we were able to easily come and go as we pleased. Evelyn and her husband are absolutely lovely and Evelyn’s cooked breakfast is 10/10 (my husband couldn’t wait for his full English every morning). They definitely added warmth and a home like feel to our trip. We absolutely loved our stay at The Patch and look forward to staying again soon! Friendly welcome, Rooms are very comfortable and cosy. Bed is comfortable, feather duvets and pillows, quality bedding. We had room 5 at the side of the pub in the more modern part. Think this was quieter than the front rooms (but village road is quiet at night.). All meals were excellent and staff very amenable to personal food choices. We ate in the pub in the evenings, plenty of choice, though menu didn’t vary while we were there. Dog friendly 👍. Staff were all great and willingly shared their local knowledge. Bus X3 has stops nearby for easy access to Canterbury and Faversham. We would happily stay there again.
