This hotel is amazing. The staff is extremely nice and they always make sure you’re comfortable in every aspect. We had some rainy days and the staff made sure to always get us to and out of the car with an umbrella so we wouldn’t get wet. We had the standard room, which was super spacious and extremely pretty and clean. Every night the staff goes into your room (if that’s your wish, of course) and does the night ritual which includes preparing the bed for the night, while they also leave some cookies for you. It was a small touch that really made the difference. Staff is available all the time for everything you might need, they are very competent and polite. The outside area (restaurant/swimming pool) were spacious and comfortable. The food was great, breakfast was tasty and had different menu options - there is no buffet. The whole experiment was extremely positive and we definitely recommend it! We will come back for sure!

Where do I even begin? This place is truly spectacular! The staff consistently goes above and beyond to ensure an exceptional experience. The rooms are spotless, and the views are absolutely breathtaking. The drivers are incredibly friendly and helpful, and the cars are spacious and comfortable. One day, when I was feeling unwell, I made a special request for ion water, and they went out of their way to get it for me free of charge, even though it wasn’t available at the hotel. This hotel is simply exceptional! They are into the little details, the service is amazing, the food is delicious, the rooms are not fancy but that's part of the charm, all the greenery around, the music, the Pilates classes, and the fact that you can rent a motorbike from them is even a service that I think is worth mentioning. On the way back to the port, they prepared drinks and cookies for us in the car - who has heard of such a lovely thing? Wow. From the facilities and staff to the food, this place was exceptional. Nestled in the middle of rice fields outside of the busy Ubud. The swimming pool is beautifully located next to the restaurant under the trees, with butterflies and incense floating in the air. Explored Ubud a few times, just a short motorcycle journey to the North. The hotel rented a motorcycle for me for a reasonable fee and with zero fuss, which was fantastic. The staff were friendly and accommodating, allowing me to modify my booking a few times. I enjoyed it so much that I stayed a bit longer.

We can really recommend the resort. It has great staff, always ready to help. The hotel is located in a quiet area where you can really enjoy the Ubud jungle vibe. We really enjoyed our stay here. They also organize customized trips with their private drivers and they were really great guides and provided a lot of insight into Balinese culture (highly recommended). The hotel restaurant has great food and drinks with a decent variety for you to choose from.
