Great location , clean and a really good base to explore, close to crocodiles of the world ! Which is a must visit. The apartment was small but because of the decor and mirrors it was so spacious, it’s next to Morrisons and Asda, close to pubs and food places (we found there wasn’t much food choices to our taste but everything was local)

Olive Cottage by Group Retreats offers accommodations in Bampton, 20 miles from Blenheim Palace and 21 miles from Coate Water Country Park. Close to our venue and big enough for a big group of us. Hot tub was a great addition and across the road from a pub which did good food.

The rooms were comfortable and nicely furnished. We loved the cozy seating in the lounge and the breakfast was excellent.

The Rickyard is located in Carterton, just 19 miles from University of Oxford and 21 miles from Coate Water Country Park. The hosts were very kind to allow us to check in several hours early, as we needed to dress for a wedding that started at 2pm. They also were relaxed about us leaving a little later than check out time. The farm is quiet and beautiful. We had 2 bedrooms, and a well-equipped little kitchen area - it would have been perfect for a family with children, or someone who wanted to make their own meals. We did not use the game / exercise room, but we noted that it was there and would have been great if we had been staying longer. I really appreciated the milk in the fridge for my morning coffee!
