Nicely decorated with Christmas decorations, staff was friendly and nice! Room was cozy and we liked the furniture and bed. Parking was excellent and the restaurant was top notch. The breakfast was good and the staff very nice. Overall a great experience and we will be back!

I really love the location of the hotel. It's right by the mall and many restaurants. It's so many things to do in that area. The facility was very clean and it was quiet. Breakfast was nice. The rooms were great it was my first stay at a Home 2 Suites,so I really did like it

They were available when needed/ bed was comfy.
They were available when needed/ bed was comfy. Rooms were literally just OK. Breakfast not so good. Bathroom and halls weren’t that tidy. I did not appreciate the amount of ants in our room. I would not have attempted to look at the swimming pool. I will say, good location far as shopping and eateries.

Excellent visit, Hotel was clean/safe/comfortable unbelievable: check in awesome/ room was ready when I checked in. Food & drinks awesome. The only thing I wished is that the room which was booked was available at the time of check. I booked a King bedroom suite with separate living room. Overall me & my wife had an excellent stay.

The food smelled amazing.
The food smelled amazing. The hotel was very quiet and clean. Also, I just love love love keycard access. The colors in the room was very inviting and comfortable. I was able to finish my projects in peace and enjoy a peaceful nights sleep. I was able to grab some snacks from a near by gas station and there were places to eat in the area. Next time I would stay longer!

The toilet broke at 6am on Saturday and the manager was telling me to wait until 11am before it can fixed. If you want evidence call me I have videos and I will take it up if I am not compensated

The staff is really nice and provide really great customer service. The biggest issue is the rooms were filthy especially the restroom. Pee dripping on the toilet number two droppings on the toilet stains on the carpet filthy tub...nasty.

Most terrible stay. Checked in only to find no microwave in the room , which we paid for .. outdated refrigerator.. contacted front desk and they told me I had to request it .. what Utter nonsense when it was one of the amenities advertised. False advertising.. went to thanksgiving dinner I came back okay to have no heat in the room . Went to the front desk and changed rooms.. only to go to a room that someone wa already in .. went back again to the front desk.. was given a room that the tv doesn’t work.. we checked out the next day… so we had to cut short our stay. We would like a full refund.

They charge $100 per night for incidentals.
They charge $100 per night for incidentals. I don't recall seeing that during my booking process. Our key stopped working after 1st night and we had to get another one...not a big deal but annoying and even more agitating on top of the fridge not working in the room. Toilet half flushed throughout the stay. Reported the fridge issue the next morning hoping they would fix the outlet while we were out but it didn't happen...probably because it was Sunday. I came down sick on Monday and Tuesday and didn't want them in my room while I was trying to rest up. It should have been fixed before we got there for the $ they charge. Towel rack was bent and if they weren't placed right they would fall off the rack. Disappointed overall.

We were there after Christmas through the new year.
We were there after Christmas through the new year. The town of Montclair was lovely but we really didn't spend much time in the town except to stay at the MC Autograph. I'm sure in Spring and Summer it would be lovely to sit outside at one of the many restaurants and have a wonderful meal.

Place is not well cared for or clean. Only minimum on room supplies like towels, no wash cloths. Breakfast was bare minimum--no eggs, sausage, fruit, pastries. Only a place to sleep. Getting to location is very confusing. New restaurant next door "Ahh Pizz" was good but expensive.

We felt safe. There was security on the premises. Room had an old musty smell, but it is an old unique inn. Very intresting. Our room did not have a mocrowave nor a frig. They had 2 restaurants on premises. Court yard was very nice. You could eat outside at breakfest. Breakfest was very good. The outdoor pool was nice and open till 10.Beds slept well. Staff very nice. Getting around west orange was easy.
