Convenient and close my parents (who don’t have room for us siblings and our families to stay). We were able to rent and sleep well. I enjoyed the soaker tub and relaxed so much I forgot I was in town for a family “holiday”. My nephews enjoyed the separate living room and gave us all our own space.

Very clean and comfortable and private guest unit, in a quiet residential neighborhood. Beautifully landscaped and picturesque backyard with an inviting pool and hot tub. We really enjoyed staying here, especially having a soak later at night after our evening activities.

The hotel was excellent with friendly staff, clean room and beautiful gardens. There were fire pits and the pool and hot tub were excellent. Right across from the beach with restaurants and shops within walking distance.

Neat little beach town with the best restaurant's most fabulous treats and sweets and nostalgic beauty. Tomascos has the best cookies and brownies in life.Cool cats offers an amazing burgers and of course Pizmo cafe has amazing Pizza and the best chicken wings ever? their pasta is pretty freaking good also. Hoagies is a staple if you want the best pismer wrap and tritip youve ever had.And please check out Sea venture restaurant.They have the most amazing 22 ounce steak for dinner and their breakfast is fabulous. ATVS on the dunes is always a good time and we love whale watching there. Pismo is all around fabulous. Most of the hotels have amazing views and sit in picturesque Cliffs and all of them offer really great pools.

During holiday large amounts of people are visiting need more bathroom accommodation during heavy visit on weekends motel prices and food
Beer go up so this is a consideration for the city to provide even if you have to pay put up kiosk to buy a multiple usage ticket . Or have vendors sell tickets so lines
Aren’t so long especially for the seniors and children

I loved the grounds-the waterfall, the bridge, the plentiful flowers, the breakfast, and getting a good nights sleep was so refreshing! I was glad our room had a tub as I prefer taking baths!
We ate at ednme pizza in town and it was delicious! Getting around Arroyo Grande was easy, and the yound woman working the room for breakfast was, sweet, warm, friendly and so busy making sure everyone was well fed and happy!

Roaches lots of them! I had to buy Lysol and other disinfectants along with everything else roach repellant. Lady was not inviting towards us at all. We will be requesting refund don't stay here! Don't stay at the Olive tree inn n suites

Avila Beach is a quiet town with a beautiful promenade and harbour.
Our hotel was outstanding and just a short walk from the promenande with spectacular views across the bay.
Cannot recommend highly enough for a short stay.

Pismo is still hanging on to the retro beach town that makes it fun to visit. A little too much of what looks like not-much-regard-for-the-aesthetics-of-the-town, development. And, too many tacky businesses allowed to spring up, but still, it retains the old beach town quality. A walk out the pier and a stroll on the beach, is all you need-- and then maybe a good fish dinner.

Grover Beach offers the Oceano Dunes and the Monarch Butterfly Grove. It is very close to Pismo Beach and is an affordable option for lodging in the area. The Spoon Trade restaurant in Grover Beach was featured on Guy Fiero's show and serves delicious American food, and the Sourdough Bakery across the street offers scrumptious breakfast sandwiches and freshly baked sourdough loaves as well as other baked treats.

We really enjoyed our visit to the downtown of Arroyo Grande one evening where we stopped by Doc Burnstein's Ice Cream Lab. A nostalgic place to enjoy some tasty ice cream and view historic photos of its early beginning and imagine what it was like back then to be a child in this place with toys and treats surrounding you. We ate a Thai restaurant in nearby Grover Beach and Mexican restaurant that specialized in seafood.
