Currently staying at the hotel, recently opened,everything looks immaculate clean and new Rooms are big, huge smart TV with Russian tv programs,nice beach with soft beds and a heated pool.There are few restaurants a la carte you can book via phone or at the reception any time with no limit.The food is delicious and the variety of the seafood is great 🦐🐟 huge like for the fresh juices for breakfast and tasty coffee.The food is about quality not quantity.Thank you to the staff who are extremely friendly and polite supportive and assured the best service.Thank you Sayeed from the reception who was always collecting feedback and made sure our stay Is perfect here.Thank you Yosef Ahmed for making our room tide and clean every day,and for birthday surprise.Thank you Ibrahim from Golden lounge for tasty coktails.Highly recommend Blu Spa for a quiet, relaxing and at the same time active holiday.The hotel exceed our expectations .Definitely not my last time here !!

i recently stayed at Sunrise Tucana and had a wonderful experience. The best part was the convenient layout - all the key facilities and amenities were located very close to each other. The food quality was fantastic, with delicious meals at the hotel restaurant. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful throughout my stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my time at Sunrise Tucana and would highly recommend it. The convenient property, excellent food, and friendly service made for an excellent visit.

We enjoyed the room very much. Our cleaner (I think his name was Sayed) was great, very attenuative to our needs. The manager of the main restaurant (dont remember the name but he said he was new) was such a joy to have around! We and our kid loved him, he made the time in restaurant such a pleasant time. Actually, any staff we engaged with (including the beach staff) was exceptional!

Amazing hospitality and service. the reception was very smooth and we got helped with a free-ground floor room upgrade. Club car was always available when we needed. The beach is so charming and clean. The food was delicious and so many options including deserts, I'd like to point out the Mangal restaurant for house grills. I had the best mixed grills in a very long time. Highly recommended! The staff was amazing. This was my 2nd visit and I'll definitely come back in the future.
