The bed is comfortable and very good breakfast.

Overall we were very happy with our stay. The room was small but very functional. The bathroom was clean. We had clean towels every day. The location was very convenient - close to Ginza line.

The staff was very helpful and the room was big enough for us to open our checked-in suitcases. The entrance is beautiful and modern and they had decorated it for Halloween. They even gave my daughter some candies for the occasion which I thought was a nice touch.

Very close to both JR station and a subway station, so it's easy and convenient to get around. The spa/onsen facilities were great. Hotel was busy but rooms were quiet. Hotel will allow you to store your luggage on check in and check-out days if needed.

2-3 min walk from subway which was the most important for me. If you’re carrying a luggage, there’s an exit from subway with an elevator which is 1 to 2 mins walk from the hotel. The surrounding area is very quiet and nice which I prefer. Bed was super nice also and comfortable.

Everything was perfectly clean and the room was comfy! It was a really great experience without being expensive, which I’m thankful for

The public bath on the top floor was what I needed after long walks in the city.

I stayed in this hotel because it was easy access to Tokyo Disneyland and Sea. Very convenient, as the train station was less than 5 min walk, also there was a konboni connected to the hotel. Room size was OK, it was comfy.

Loved how easy it was to find from both the main and local stations. The room was clean, and the hotel was very easy to navigate. The pharmacy across the street was incredibly helpful when my friend and i ended up sick.

We checked-in on the grand opening day. The hotel is brand new and the staffs are all nice. The location is close to subway and skyliner stations. All the attractions in Ueno are also a little walk away.

Comfortable bed, clean bathroom, great location near the subway exit. Easy access to food nearby. quiet location for light sleepers. has some laundry machines (not many or large capacity). Also has vending machines on some floors
