Comfortable, clean and pleasant flat, in a central location within walking distance of attractions, dining, public transport, groceries. The Karlsplatz area can be very noisy, but the seemingly new windows worked really well at muffling the outside sounds. The kitchen is well equipped, and allowed us to cook basic meals for our group. The espresso machine was a nice bonus.

The apartment is very well located. A short walk to the main train station and a 10 minute walk to Marianplatz. The apartment that we stayed in (#100) was very spacious, I’m not sure if this is because it was wheelchair accessible or if all apartments are this big. Everything smells new and is in great condition. The bed was comfortable and the water pressure was great. The tap water was safe to drink, but there is also a Britta dispenser with still or carbonated water in the public area. The public area has the laundry facilities that can be reserved via the WeWash app. The cost is 4€ per load per machine. There is a free coffee machine in the public area as well as an ice machine. The access to the building and doors is via an app that requires internet connection. This is convenient as there isn’t a physical key to lose. There is a grocery store 2 minutes away, out the front door and turn left. This is a good place to stay if visiting Munich for a couple of nights or a couple of weeks. I highly recommend this place 👍🏼

    Hello, everyone! Location was super! Nearest U-Bahn station was "Oberwiesenfeld" am U-3. It took 5-7 minutes to access station. We booked entire apartment. It had one separate bedroom and living room with studio type kitchen corner. Beds were good for children (9 and 10 years old). The hotel stuff was very pleasant. The stuff offered "breakfast" , 20 euro for each person, but we did not take it. The dishes and kitchen equipment was OK.
