Would have rated it higher but one staff member was not nice . We had some difficulty with the apartment door not opening on second day with our keycard. Had been up for 20 hours due to flight issues, so I was not in problem solving mode. She had a terrible attitude, and kept making me go up & down while she kept doing the same thing to my keycard. It was not working. Finally my son solved the issue when she reluctantly came upstairs with us, and she seemed to think it was our fault. While in reality it would have been nice if she had given us options as to what could have been causing our door not to open . Very unfriendly staff.

We travel all over the world and don't think we have ever stayed in such an amazing place. Staff 10+ Location 10+ Comfort 10+ Ease of Check in and Check out 10+ Cleanliness 10+ Sheets and pillows on the bed were comfy 10+ We stayed in about 5 different hotels and apartments on this trip but nothing can compare.

Ramiraz Flats is a well located property. The rooms are clean. The staff most courtious. The sealed bottle of water was refilled at the reception every time we approached the same. That was really convenient, especially late at night. There is a mini supermarket almost across the street. The on site paid parking was another great convenience. Overall it was a very pleasant stay.

    For me the ideal accommodation for a week in Valencia. 5min bike ride to the beach, very close to metro station Maritim and even closer to tram station Francesc Cubells. Perfectly equipped, clean and nicely furnished. Supermarkets, restaurants, bike rental, yoga studio etc. just around the corner. Slight noise from the apartment next door, but no problem for me. Thanks so much, will be back for sure!

    An adequate size studio apartment for a short stay. The kitchenette is adequately stocked with even a dishwasher ( but without dish washing tablets) and the apartment is modern and clean. It will be helpful if there is some information on transportation to places of interest and nearest supermarket etc.

    Beautiful modern apartment in the very centre of Valencia old town. Lots of bars and restaurants on our doorstep. We had a beautiful small balcony looking onto the street. Great self catering facilities. Amazing tapas bar next door and bakery for breakfast only 2 minutes away. Great being able to leave luggage as we had a late flight home. Would definitely book again.

    Really nice place, especially for couples looking for a city break in València. The studio apartment is well-equipped, with flat-screen TVs—one on the ground floor and another above the bed on the first floor. Good kitchen appliances are provided. The apartment is a decent size, not too big, not too small. As for the surroundings, Ayora metro station is nearby (3 minutes away), and it's a 25-minute walk to the lovely València beaches. The host is really kind and reachable. Definitely worth it!"

    The host was very responsive to messages and the apartment/studio was very comfortable for a short stay. It's not in the middle of any highly significant sights so it's quiet at night. There are bars, cafes and restaurants in the surrounding streets which are not packed with tourists, a win in my view. There's a bike rental place on the corner 50mt from the door, which is the best way to get to all the sights.
