Lovely clean property with parking. Nice walk along the coast to parks and Poole. Not huge but perfect for a couple and a dog. Everything provided in the kitchen and bathroom. Owner is delightful and helpful.

We really enjoyed our stay at the Parkhouse. The room was excellent, the view nice, the location extremely convenient (close to the main bus exchange which was good for us completing the arduous SWCP) and clean as a whistle. Our host Stephen greeted us and settled us in, and prior to our arrival gave excellent instructions about how to get there, buses and transit recommendations. The Parkhouse has a downstairs lounge and a room with a coffee machine, a fridge, milk, biscuits and bottled water - what more could you want? The building is a grand Edwardian and, over a coffee and biscuits, the ever-friendly Stephen related its interesting history. I think it was great value for money. In the world of B&B's you can put your money into a greasy breakfast you don't want and can't eat and a bowl of cornflakes, or (as the Parkhouse offers) your money goes towards superior accommodation. We chose the latter and were glad for it. Strongly recommended.

Lovely and clean, lots of appliances in kitchen, more than we have had in other mobile homes, which was really helpful when cooking. Comfortable beds, we had a nice break.

Location was superb. Cozy modern rooms, the private courtyard was a lovely touch for morning breakfast/coffee and evening drinks. Staff communicated all instructions clearly and in a timely manner making check in smooth and easy.

We recently had the pleasure of spending a night aboard a yacht, and it was an absolutely fantastic experience! The yacht itself was impeccably clean and well-maintained, and the view from the water was simply breathtaking. But what truly made the trip special was Captain John. He was incredibly helpful and responsive, answering every question we had quickly and thoroughly. We particularly enjoyed relaxing in the jacuzzi under the stars - it was a perfect way to unwind and enjoy the serenity of the water. Overall, this was a truly memorable experience and we can't wait to do it again!

The flat was as described; good communication before, during and after the booking. Good set of instructions to get to the location and into the secure parking area and building itself Very comfortable bed, kitchen area suitably appointed with the basics [tea, coffee] and fridge was already cold when we arrived mid afternoon. Shower was good too. The flat felt airy, corridor leading to it very clean. The area was quiet, a few minutes walk to town centre, and to the harbour front.

The whole property was very clean and beautifully decorated. The room was spacious, with big windows, comfortable bed, good water pressure in the shower. Toiletries provided, water, coffee, tea refilled every day. Although it was fully booked, it was quiet and couldn’t hear any disturbing noises from other guests. Also, the garden is just beautiful! The check in was very smooth and easy and was able to check in a bit earlier. The property is in a good location if you want to enjoy the beach and go for a walk in town as well. Everything is within short walking distance.
