Simona was the best host, she is so warm, welcoming and kind and nothing was a bother for her. She gave us some great recommendations on restaurants and attractions and helped arrange our airport transfer without any problem. We stayed in the Blue Room, which had an amazing sea view. The room was always fresh, clean and spotless when we returned back to the room from being out for the day. The location was absolutely perfect, within walking distance to the centre of Sorrento. I cannot recommend this place enough! Thank you Simona for making out trip to Sorrento so wonderful – hopefully we can return again!

This place is unbelievable. The owner stays on site and she is wonderful. She was very friendly and loved telling us about the history of the area. You could not ask for more from a host. The room we rented (202) was absolutely worth every penny. The view from the balcony was spectacular. We were show to the balcony roof, where we were served an amazing breakfast, and was blown away by the view. This was a perfect trip.

The staff were super helpful and went out of their way to resolve any issues. George at the arrivals area was most helpful and guided us throughout the stay. Our trip to positano was a breeze because of his guidance. Breakfast was really nice and all the staff were super friendly and attentive. The club longue was a great area to relax and unwind after returning to the hotel. The decor of the hotel was super exclusive and give it a very rich feel.
