GermanyHonestly this is one of the best hotels we ever stayed in. First and foremost, the amazing and friendly staff has to be pointed out. But secondly, the location, the beach, the room, the facilities... Everything is just perfect. It literally feels like living in a movie scene. From comfortable sun beds to a bonfire at the beach during sunset, this hotel has it all. Even though we love trying out new restaurants, we only ate in the hotel restaurant the entire stay because it was that good. Peak time is in the morning, when beach club visitors are not yet there and the beach is empty. We will surely come back and have recommended this place to every other Mexico traveller we met so far!

Best hotel i have ever been too
It s the top of the top and fabio is exceptional !! He s very helpful and kind... honest ! Tells u exactly which tours to take and what to do . He even prepared for us lunch boxes because we were leaving early before breakfast! Very glad i stayed at el corazon!

Despite this the hotel had cleaned up the mess admirably well. The hotel’s position is lovely - directly on the beach, only a 15 min walk into Holbox town.
