The hotel is spectacular, with an amazing location. The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming, and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. One thing I truly appreciated is how well they maintain the beach—despite the seaweed season, they clean it every morning, so the beach looks beautiful with white sand and is much better than other places I visited.

Its close to minimarket and restaurants

Great hotel with very friendly staff! The AC worked well and the room was very comfortable. Close to the Ado bus station and you also take collectivos to the ruins. Overall a great stay!

I really loved the entire property has calm and beautiful energy. the place is well taken cared of. I stayed in tree house and it has lots of space for myself. The stuff is really helpful and attentive whenever I need. I could walk in the Jaguar park at night. I totally loved it. I want to come back again.

Wow! Tropical hidden paradise! Loved our magical stay! Like Jurassic Park! We stayed just one night and stayed on the property, enjoying a yoga class, swim, lunch, dinner, breakfast, cocktails and just enjoyed the sudden downpour on our patio watching the rain come down. Beds were so comfy and cozy. Amazing hot shower. The private cenote was my travel partner's favorite thing! She loved swimming and diving in the water. Food was a bit on the pricey side but we knew this coming in thanks to other reviews.

Everything was great and above all the staff. The receptionist, the barman at the rooftop, the waitress at rte restaurant, every perosj that we spoke to was simply great. Amazing hospitality, we felt right at home. The rooms and facilities are exactly like in the pictures, there is free indoor parkıng, so your car is safe, and it's within walking distance from the bars and restaurants in tulum village (not the Tulum playa). There are 2 swimming pools, one at the ground floor and one on the rooftop Great stay!

Everything was amazing, the vibe of the place, the people, the quality of everything they use. Fernando and Rosi were amazing, helpful and very sweet. I felt so comfortable and enjoyed my stay. If I ever go back to Tulum I would def stay here again. Super friendly for solo travelers. If you are lucky, you would get to join one of the dinner parties, food was full of flavor, high quality and very rich.

Great location, very clean, wonderful food and staff. We felt very welcomed and safe. Great water for snorkelling, kayaks and SUP are provided . The nearby Cenote is wonderful for swimming in.

A unique stay at Playa Esperanza Tulum, located inside Parque del Jaguar, picture perfect. Beachfront cabana with a beautiful outdoor shower, very comfortable. Spectacular sunrise views directly from the balcony. Much quieter than the main hotel zone of Tulum, making the experience calm and enjoyable. Courteous and attentive staff 🙏🙏🙏

We’ve thoroughly enjoyed our one week stay at Kai Tulum. Very helpful, welcoming staff, the on site restaurant is among the best on the beach. Everything is exactly as the pictures show. To be preferred to the “zona hotelera” if you just want to relax on the beach.

A charming hotel, right on the sand, with rustic but very comfortable and quiet rooms. Super friendly and attentive staff. Ideal for relaxing and observing nature, with the feeling of being far from the hustle and bustle, although it is only a few steps away from the main beach street.

The service received was exceptional. From Lucia in reception to an incredible massage and the staff at the Beach Club. Everyone was kind and helpful. The beach was the cleanist along that shore line.

Food is great! The staff is excellent, service overall is great!! I’m coming back. The cenote, by far, is a great experience. Next time I’m bringing googles and a snorkel

Beautiful place in a tranquil Location. Very comfortable room fitted with everything we needed. Comfortable bed big and roomy room as well as living room/kitchen - and great breakfast! Friendly staff and easy check in and out. Very responsive hosts. Beautiful grounds and pool.
