I loved my room. It was so big and spacious for just myself. The staff were very attentive and I had everything I needed. I could order food, drinks, massages (got myself a neck and shoulder massage!), and the staff helped me rent a bike for the day and with buying my ferry ticket. I could literally just stay inside in my room all day - didn't want to leave at the end :(

Everything is perfect. This is our second time at the SAii and we were so happy to be back. Our most favorite hotel in whole Thailand. We came for our honeymoon (after I proposed to my wife there 2 years ago) and saved the best for last. The rooms are stunning, so beautiful and welcoming; just amazing! and the stuff is so nice, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we had a severe stomach virus we got *before* (!) coming so SAii, so we spent our time in SAii mostly in bed and didn’t get out much from our room. But if we were already to be sick, better be sick at the most beautiful place ever. Thank you so much, we will surely be back!

I'm not sure where to start! Lana, Hans, Lauren, Valka and the staff at Idyllic are all amazing. From the second we got there to being dropped at the airport, we were in awe of the service, location, facilities, friendliness, food, everything! Our villa was perfect for us. The pool was amazing to just relax in after some sightseeing. The beach was private, quiet and perfect for a quick dip in the morning and for the kids to play on while the sun was setting. The breakfasts were next level and the convenience of having it delivered to the room each morning was so helpful. So much care and thought in to everything. The owners Lana and Hans were gorgeous and always keen for a chat. Valka and Lauren were always checking that we were happy and if there was anything extra we needed. We honestly couldn't have asked for a better experience. Even the laundry service was just as cheap as the street laundry services and it was sitting in our room waiting for us. The thing that stood out the most was how happy the local staff were working there. That just shows how well they are treated by the management. Such a happy and positive vibe all round.

We are a couple with a teenager, and loved everything about our pool suite - the layout, the furnishings, the size. Very comfortable place to call home for a few days. The tub, shower and pool were just amazing. Places inside and out to lounge or eat. The staff are so personable and responsive. Very impressed with everyone we encountered, from the front of the house, food and drink servers, housekeeping, groundskeepers, all absolutely top notch. I feel like they would happily do almost anything to help their guests. The whole place had such a great vibe. Everyone just seemed to belong there together. I can see why they have such a loyal following! The food and drinks were also very good, and prices so reasonable for a 5 star resort. The breakfast was just wow! We also enjoyed all of the common areas near the beach and pool very much. The lagoon pool is lovely. So many comfy places to sit and relax. I only wish we could've stayed longer. And I wished I took advantage of activities like the yoga on the beach.

Wow! A large cozy and private room! Very nice and available staff. Excellent breakfast and wonderful spa treatment.
