From check in to departure, our stay was just wonderful. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I loved the small but thoughtful touches - the welcome drink and towel, the ability to select our pillows and lotion scents, the sandwich and fruit platter as we waited for our room. Our Garden balcony room was fabulous. It was clean and spacious, though the clear glass tub/shower in the middle of the bathroom space meant that we'd have to curtain it off and only one person could be using that space at a time. The Garden pool was lovely and quiet, while the Beach pool and area was luxurious. We had dinner at The Tent and breakfasts at Sexy Fish and they were wonderful. The breakfast buffet had a great varied selection. The resort is a quick walk to restaurants and the busier Chaweng Beach strip. Loved the location - we walked down the beach for more casual lunch and to get a Thai massage (a must do!). This was our first time staying at a five-star hotel and it exceeded our expectations.

This is my best memory of Thailand. Located on a private magical beach with crystal water. I loved this place very clean and welcoming. Want to come back. 15 minutes by car to green mango and pubs area

Staff very friendly and helpful. Beach location wonderful at the south end of Chaweng. Not loud but still walkable to all the action. Bed was very comfortable, good shower, good AC. Breakfast very good. Garden is really cute and they really take care of the place unlike some other hotels we've seen.

It’s located close to the airport and main town. You can walk about 5-7min to Central Samui. We came early but reception staff helped us to check in right away. She was very kind and helpful. They light incense next to the door, it seems for mosquitos. I personally liked it. Private main door only for us, neat room condition and lovely amenities. Blanket and pillows are clean as well. You can also try the Thai traditional bath. Also, the coffee capsules: they had decaffeinated one which I loved about. Other tea selections are great too. Staff! Whoever I met in Buri Rasa, they always smiled at me saying hi. They’re all super friendly and helpful. Every single staff were great. We enjoyed the happy hour beer in the bar and great dinner too. Breakfast has diversity of Asian/ Western. Even music made me realize I’m on vacation. Pool is clean and cozy. Easy access to the beach. Everything was gorgeous! I’ll come back for sure.

Amazing rooms, I don’t think the photos give it justice to be honest. Very spacious and well organized. The private pool is amazing and the public pool is great too. Everything was close by.
