It's a stone house refurb for comfort and style. The owner spared no expense in making the place beautiful and classy while prioritizing comfort. The hosts, Luis and his wife, were so easy to talk to and very helpful. They are very friendly and really goes out of their way to extend themselves for a comfortable stay. The location is awesome, near the Playa de Orinon ---- just amazing!

The location right on the Camino route and very close to the beach, restaurants and bakeries was very handy. The staff was very nice and allowed me in my room hours ahead of normal check-in.

I stayed here while walking the Camino. I got a small room, close to the entrance, with its own bathroom, but spare and simple, almost monk-ish. I loved it! Only what I needed, nothing more--very pilgrim.

They went above the call of duty for me. At 7:30 in the morning on the day I was leaving,, I realized I left something important in the room after I had closed the door. They came quickly and opened the door for me. I was so thankful. I highly recommend Casa Rural Mugarri to all, especially Pilgrims doing The Camino Norte.
