Manuel met me promptly and was helpful and polite. The building was very clean, inside and out. The bathroom is updated. The location is great especially if you need to catch the train or the RA 2 bus to Heathrow. Lots of restaurants and shops very close by. This was my second stay and I was very happy both times

Everything was absolutely spotless and a very comfortable bed. Slept well. Bathroom was excellent and spotless. Would stay again.
