We liked how Laura welcomed us on the arrival and explained all we needed to know. The breakfast was absolutely delicious and it was the best food we had throughout all the stay in Scotland. The staff were very helpful and friendly. While it may seem to be remote, the location is actually very good as it is only about 10 minutes to Stirling and quite close to Falkirk. The room and bathroom were spotless.

Found in an original Victorian building and renovated to 21st century standards, Hotel Colessio is an opulent addition to the center of Stirling.

The hotel is in a great location, 2 minutes walk from the centre of Stirling. Car parking right outside the hotel (current cost £15.30 per 24 hours). The hotel is clean, nicely decorated, and great helpful and friendly staff where nothing was too much trouble. The room was clean, the bed comfortable and the bathroom was massive. We booked on a room only basis, so didn’t have the breakfast at the hotel, therefore I cannot comment on how good the food is.

Lost Guest House has a central yet peaceful setting with private parking, ideal for Stirling town center and Braveheart country. There is free WiFi access in rooms and public areas.

The staff were friendly. The room was a family room and quite large as it was for 4 adults and 2 labradors. We had the cooked breakfast and it was very good as we all had a long way to go back home. The guest house is quite close to the shops as I have mobility problems it takes less than 5 minutes to be in the center of the town .we were on the ground floor we slept with the window open and there was no noise from either inside or outside the guest house. This was my daughter and my second visit to the guest house and when we come again to Stirling will definitely have a room here.
