Such amazing attention to detail. The property had so many extra’s. We loved the boot room and the kitchen had everything and more than we needed. The village pub was warm and welcoming with excellent food. The hosts were friendly and very helpful. We had an amazing, relaxing week.

It was the sweetest cottage ever! Perfect place for a quiet retreat. Very comfortable beds. I usually need to put a quilt under me due to arthritis but I didn't need to at Linden Lea. :)

It's handy having a bar on site for a pint or two after a big walk before retiring upstairs for a wash and brush up. Also handy for a nightcap. The hotel is in the middle of the village and is handily placed for easy access to the fells. If we stay in Kirkby Stephen again, we will stay here.
