Quietness and relaxed but great customer service. Very flexible and patience with our late arrival and accommodating our last minute requests, which we didn't expect they to do it. it was beautiful and exactly what I was hoping for. deep in the jungle feeling yet only 20 mins or so from downtown. filled with monkey noises and very calming. the place had everything we needed .

It was like a nice little hotel room with bathroom and the shower was fantastic. The staff was also very sweet.

The room was beautiful and well designed with kitchen and all the things you would need to cook including fridge w/freezer. beautiful rooftop and pool. a place to hang towel and bathing suit outside. check in and check out was easy, they helped me with my luggage carrying it up the stairs. housekeeping daily. it felt safe and protected. location was great near many good restaurants within walking distance. bicycle rental onsite. laundry service onsite. everything about UJO was well done and easy. the best thing of all was their excellent communication and service. they helped me w booking taxis and were patient with all my questions- super responsive. I think the best communication I’ve ever experienced anywhere. i was traveling solo for my first time in tulum and UJO made me feel welcomed, safe, & taken care of. I highly recommend UJO!!

I liked very much the facilities and the yoga classes option. There is a beautiful little pool to freshen up and spend the afternoon in. The room was very big and comfortable, I loved the decoration, it also comes with snacks and drinks for extra pay.
