We liked the luxury ambience of the hotel. The decor, furnishings & overall look of the hotel was excellent. The staff were amazing, super friendly & helpful about the hotel's facilities & information regarding our stay. Our room was lovely & had everything you could need. The bed was very comfortable. Our breakfast was good & helpful staff were on hand. There's a good choice of breakfast to suit everyone. The location was perfect for us and only a short walk away from The Theatre Royal Brighton, the Lanes & the shops. We finished our short stay with a walk along the seafront, which is just a stone's throw away. I would definitely recommend staying here. It certainly is Charming at The Charm Hotel 💗

I was in Brighton for a 3 day fair and South Downs View turned out to be the perfect place to stay! Comfortable, spotlessly clean, with 24 access to the kitchen to make coffee and tea and use all the facilities, as well as to choose from a wide range of the uncooked breakfast provided at a time to suit myself. Excellent bus service to central Brighton with the bus stop just around the corner which meant that I could leave my car there, saving on the exorbitant parking fees in the city. I totally recommend this property as the ideal home from home place to stay to relax and recuperate at the end of a tiring day. Karen is delightful and very helpful.

Beds so comfy & clean, big room with high quality equipment and provided almost everything that you have in your home i.e. smart coffee machine, small sewing set. Michael and Paul are so lovely they always help to support you by anyway they can even though it’s such a trolley for removing all kid’s stuffs from School closed to stay@27. The location made our family life more easy just walk 200m during School Graduation time.

Its was a very relaxing and perfect size for 2 people. Veey nice and helpfull owner and they are quit informative and hallfull with quick repond time. Also you would have a private parking with CCTV and charging for electric car.

    The room was huge and had a lovely sea view - great for £120, considering it was one of the cheaper options available. Everything was clean, we felt safe, the staff were super lovely and the place was a great location. Great that we could store our luggage there after check out. Perfect for when you want a no-frills room.

    Perfect location, near to the i360 and beach. The people were so welcoming and the building very clean, light and spacious. Breakfast was amazing, continental style and everything so fresh and wonderfully presented. We had boiled eggs, smoked salmon, hams, cheeses, Mackerel, pastries, cereals, yoghurt, fruit - too much to list but was so good, you'll never want another full English again! The bedroom was comfy and clean, with wardrobe and drawers, bathroom spotless. We have found our favourite Brighton place to stay.

    Lee is lovely . Beautiful rooms . Very clean & what a fantastic location . We were going to an event at the Concorde 2 & it was ideal Just near the shops too & loads of little cafe"s . Paid £10 for a parking permit. Would highly recommend & value for money . One of the cheapest places ,but that certainly did not impact the quality . 5 stars . We will definitely be coming back. ..
