Absolutely loved everything! The themed decor, the hotel and restaurant staff went above and beyond to ensure I had a fabulous stay. Cake and tea was a treat and the common area was very inviting and comfortable. The staff was very knowledgeable about the area and hikes and activities. 10 out of 10 ✨

Excellent quiet location off the main road. Easy Street parking. Plenty of places to eat and drink 5-10 minutes walk away. Perfect location for walking the hills around Castleton. Full equipped kitchen, spotlessly clean with a comfy bed :)

The location of the cottage is spectacular. It is central to everything you want to do in Castleton. There's a view of the castle from the single bedroom - a bonus we hadn't expected. The cottage is extremely clean and cozy. The parking lot is conveniently located across the street. Everything we needed - from dishes to laundry tabs - was already in the cottage. Instructions and recommendations supplied by the owners were very thorough and appreciated.

This was the 10th place I stayed on a tour of the UK and it was absurdly nice. The room was huge and comfy. The bathroom was enormous and so clean. I could have just moved in.

This lovely cottage was spotlessly clean and beautifully kept. The spacious, bright living area downstairs and the quiet, comfortable bedrooms upstairs made it a wonderful place to relax. The peaceful surroundings and convenient location made it an ideal base for exploring the Peak District. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t have chosen a better place.

Breakfast was first class and dinner the night before was the same. The food was excellent and the service was extremely friendly and efficient. The rooms are very cosy and clean with beautiful towels and bedding. Couldn't fault a single thing !! The landlord and landlady were very friendly and obliging and provided a brilliant service - they certainly knew their trade. The location is in a nice quiet area of Bradwell and overlooks open countryside.

The room is spacious and welcoming with a large bathroom. Very clean and quiet. Optimal location, in front of the bus stop and just steps away from cafés and pubs as well as from many hiking routes. Alan is a very helpful host. Definitely worth repeating.

The location was great! The room was decorated nicely and was very clean, the beds were comfortable. Being able to connect chromecast to the TV via the app was also a plus! The staff were nice and helpful. We didn't eat at the hotel, but the coffees we had were tasty!
