An exceptional property in every way. Extremely well equipped, very comfortable and beautifully appointed. The owner had thought of everything including extra little touches that just made you feel very welcome. The toiletries, and even the cleaning products, smelt divine.

What a fantastic place to stay, the facilities are a home from home. Every convenience was supplied, you would be mad to not stay here. I felt at home straight away with the open plan layout separate bedrooms and excellent shower.

Very peaceful location, friendly and welcoming owners. The tent was a good size, very clean and well stocked with all the essentials. Solar powered for lighting, hot and cold water a wood burning stove and plenty of wood provided daily. There were also children's reading books and a well stocked pencil case for activity books and some small toys for the little ones. Outside the tent had a lovely deck area with furniture with views of the paddocks and countryside. The beds were comfortable and warm. We had a very nice relaxing time.

You are in the middle of beautiful countryside but in walking distance of Horncastle and a lovely pub serving excellent food. The property itself is exceptional, spotlessly clean and has everything you could possibly need. Large bedrooms with fabulous views of the countryside. Abi and Alex are extremely helpful and friendly and on hand for anything you may need. We will definitely be back.
