Villa Argiolas is a beautiful recently renovated B&B situated just minutes from downtown Modena - a great location to explore the regions museums and farms. Annalisa, the owner, rejuvenated her family home, and you can tell she put love into this project. The common area has many sitting areas indoor and out, and a cozy breakfast area. Annalisa made the most delicious eggs and fresh juice each morning, while also offering a variety of cheese, vegetables, yogurt and coffee. She also provided wonderful restaurant recommendations, both in person and in a book she has created for your room. We were 4 people (2 adults, 2 kids) in our room and felt very comfortable in the space. Highly recommend staying here on your next visit to Modena!

Francesca was an amazing host, she greeted me on arrival and I was helped to carry my luggage upstairs, she is an amazing host and kindly let me stay until after check-out time until it was time for my train, plus offered me the bicycle rental free of charge to explore the city during my short stay. The room was very comfortable and clean, tastefully decorated, and a nice bottle of prosecco was also there upon arrival. They have a lovely little booklet giving you an idea of the places to visit. The hotel is just a few steps away from the piazza with the Duomo di Modena. Easy 8-10 minute walk from the train station. Would definitely recommend

It was very comfortable and warm. We were able to watch movies both on Netflix and on Disney Plus thanks to the owner's subscriptions. Bedroom was really nice and both the queen bed and the convertible bed sofa were very cozy.
