The staff was amazing, I felt really welcomed and they explained all the procedures for my stay. The capsule was clean and I slept well as other travelers also kept the rules of being quiet. They provided new amenities every day. The lounge area has a vending machine for drinks. Overall it was a great experience!Guest review byDánielSolo traveler

Excellent facilities, with showers, sinks, toilets and powder rooms separated, so there was never a line at any of them. Clean towels and PJ every day. Very friendly staff. Each floor had its own space for relaxing decorated in a traditional Japanese layout which provided a comfortable end of day resting place. The capsules were very spacious and the bag storage was large enough for a larger suitcase which is rare to come across!
