This is a newly converted building and it's been done in style. The living room/kitchen were excellently appointed and proved to be of good size and very comfortable. The bathroom is well planned too. The bedroom is of a good size and the bed very comfortable. The property is located on a very quite road and there is adequate parking in front of the building. We were particularly taken by the choice of art works that adorn the rooms, and although we didn't make use of it, there is a small, enclosed courtyard with a table and chairs, and lovely plants. It matched our needs perfectly.

The Hut at Blackberry Barn enjoys a location in Long Itchington, just 12 miles from FarGo Village and 13 miles from Walton Hall.

This location is absolutely stunning, it truly felt like a peaceful escape into the heart of the British countryside. We loved watching the fish swim lazily in the lake while having a picnic. The sheep relaxing behind us while we relaxed in the wood fired hot tub. The bird songs which filled the air while we walked through the woods and fields. The lodge itself is just as beautiful on the inside, boasting a wonderfully rustic, wooden charm while remaining spotlessly clean and well-maintained... We already can't wait to visit again!

Located in Royal Leamington Spa and on the doorstep of some of the town's famous gardens, Victoria Park Lodge hosts 31 rooms with attached bathroom, ranging from singles to 3-bed family rooms,...
