Excellent staff very friendly x

The room was very clean and I loved the decor. It did not feel like a typical hotel room as it was bright and fun with unique furniture. The bed and pillows were very comfortable.

The staff was very friendly even when we checked in after midnight. The breakfast was consistently excellent. We had dinner at the hotel which worked out fine. The dining area did not close and the staff was so accommodating.

The whole experience for a weekend break B&B, great value for money and reasonably price with good spa facilities. The location is great a combination of rural setting with nature reserve and suburbs city center on doorstep short drive. Already considering another weekend break to relax and recharge.

The room was very clean, the bed was very comfortable, bathroom was also clean and had very good facilities.

The room was beautiful. The bathroom and the room were both very spacious. We enjoyed walking around the interiors and exteriors. Everything was interesting and beautiful. The breakfast was lovely, the conservatory is a pretty area for the breakfast. We very much enjoyed our stay.

Having the cellar bar manager be so accommodating to my diet needs made the stay perfect,in recovery from cancer I can't eat alot of foods an he went above and beyond to get me some food I could tolerate to which I am so greatful.

Stopover booking on the way to somewhere else. Location by the motorway perfect for our needs. Keen price for B&B so expected it to be basic/okay for a 1 night stay but much better than that. Everything exceeded expectations Staff, Room quality and Breakfast. Would definitely stay again

The cleanliness and quality of the carpeting and furniture throughout

Hospitality, gym, pub, everything. Even ladies from housekeeping were very polite and friendly, always smiling. That's a rare thing in this industry.

Everything is brand new. Lots of parking space.

Excellent stay with the family

Good location for our trip very clear and tidy staff very pleasant & helpful.all round very satisfied.

The staff member that checked us in and out (same lady) was wonderful. She didn't know I'd just come from a funeral, and was patient with me as I checked in on my own, with my little one asleep in the buggy, and I couldn't remember half my details. And was very warm, friendly and had a great sense of humor as we checked out and my toddler was tearing around the foyer. Please pass on my thanks.

Room is neat and well arranged

This was a last minute booking after a long day of travel. The staff was very kind and accommodating.

Breakfast extremely good staff very friendly .

Quiet, calm and peaceful location, lovely welcoming host, an all round wonderful stay

Everything absolutely brilliant

I was leaving too early to get breakfast in the morning, so the kitchen staff made me a BLT and packed lunch for the next day. It was very kind and delicious.

My room was clean and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent. I also liked the rainfall shower and was impressed with the quality of the supplied towels. I would definitely stay at this property again.

The service and staff were wonderful

The receptionist was so friendly and helpful, went over and above with anything we required.

It is a beautiful property and the location was perfect. The staff were wonderful! The food was excellent! Very clean and tidy.

Hotel was spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly. Bed was comfy. Shower was powerful and warm. 10-15 min drive from the NEC where we were seeing a show. We also had Sunday lunch and breakfast at the barn restaurant attached and the food and service was also superb.
