Simply amazing, very nice, homely atmosphere! I've never met such nice, hospitable people. Any problem was solved immediately! The room was cleaned every day, and in general the hotel is perfectly clean and tidy The entire interior is made with love for detaisl, very beautiful and cozy. Excellent breakfast. The hotel has a parking lot. There is a sauna, which helps after skiing. The hostess gave us 2 jars of honey, it was so touching))). Thank you Marlene!

24/7 check-in was very useful as we arrived very late. Location of the Chalet Charlotte is perfect and views from the balcony is stunning. Accomodation is fully equipped and you will find everything what you might need - including many games and biliard in the basement. All rooms wew clean and nicely equipped.

    We were on a driving holiday visiting the high alpine passes...

    We were on a driving holiday visiting the high alpine passes. The Grossglockner road tool booth is five minutes away and opens at 5:30am; we left the hotel at 5:25am and were there as it opened. The hotel was welcoming, clean and as advertised. We ate at the hotel, having been up to the Edelweißspitze (the toll is reduced after 6pm, so we arrived and went up before dinner). Some rooms overlook the main road, so you might want to request a room on the other side of the hotel if the noise of the occasional vehicle bothers you.
