It’s a nice cozy and quiet place to stop after about 40km from Passau. It’s along the Danube. The food was good and the room was perfect. Nice terrace to sit for the late afternoon. Nice field for camping too by the river. It’s worth the few kilometers loop around the river.

Very nice staff from reception to the waiter, everyone there, and amazing beautiful nature, much recommend to visit it. The room was super clean and bed very comfortable (the matrace rather hard then soft), lovely terrace. It was off season, so we got breakfast served instead of buffet, but it was very good, all fresh, bio and very tasty. We want to come back in the summer time.

Nice location overlooking the Danube. It was a bit difficult to get to but that remoteness made it a jewel. Breakfast was great!!

    The hotel is located by the Danube River with an amazing sunrise view. We arrived by bike while cycling from Passau to Vienna. One thing to keep in mind: dinner is served until 19:30, and there are no supermarkets nearby, so plan accordingly if you don’t have your own food. Dinner was very tasty, and the restaurant was lovely. The breakfast buffet in the morning had a nice variety of food. If I repeat this trip, I would definitely stay here again!

    The place includes a hotel and a camping, perfectly located on the bike route, right on the Danube bank, in a wonderful natural landscape. The hotel rooms are spacious, bicycle shed easily accessible and safe, the hotel terrace is very nice, dinner (served between 18 and 19.30) offers few but very tasty menu options. The little girls, probably family, that helped serving dinner were very nice. Breakfast is also good, choice and quality-wise.

    We were cycling the Danube cycle route, and this was a perfect first stop from Passau. Great alpine style hotel, balcony overlooking the river, lovely friendly team and good food, great breakfast, great facilities for bike storage. Really happy stay.
