An exceptional attitude of the owners. Great food and location. Sauna. Value for money. We definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is a very comfy place for a stopover night. Helpful personel at the reception and in the restraunt. Cosy room with balcony and mountain view. Comfort beds. They provided an extra bed for our 7 y.o. kid, thanks a lot. Breakfast was tasty. Very good coffee make me ready to hit the road again. Finnish sauna was perfect. Large free parking.

Everything was perfect and we intend to return. We are coming to Bad Kleinkirchheim since many years and this was the nicest place to stay - very nice and personal owner and staff, good rooms and a breakfast that exceeds any expectation.

I want to mention Tatiana, who did an amazing Job by checking us in with our late arrival. Highly appreciate that!

Very cozy place to stay with a wonderful breakfast.

Very friendly and helpful staff, spacious rooms and excellent breakfast

Incredibly nice staff, nice room with a beautiful view. Everything one needs for a simple holiday. Amazing breakfast with many options.

Friendly and personal service. Nice to also see the owners of the hotel personally involved helping guests. Lots of activities and sports for kids and opportunities for them to meet each other and make new friends. This is the sort of place where you should let your children wander around and independently decide what to do. Food was good quality, also a really nice wine selection. Really good spa and facilities. The pool is separate from the quiet spa area. For an extra price you can also rent an outdoor wood-fired bath/hot-tub overlooking the lake. If you have an EV, there is also a good charging facility.

Breakfast buffet was outstanding, quality of food overall, friendly staff, lots of nice details, pool, beautiful views, and good location.

The hosts were great, room clean and comfortable and nice public spaces.

Everything was wonderful. The breakfasts and especially the dinners were great. Exceptionally good spa area. Attentive and responsive staff

Everything perfect! Staff, hotel, location, food, facilities. We were a family of four and it was an excellent expirience!

Wonderful view. Delicious food. Nice swimming pool with great view. Comfortable rooms and beds.

The location ,the food, the spa, especially the staff.

The owner is very nice. Saunas were great with access to fresh snow. We liked the breakfast buffet selection very much. Great location too.

It is a family owned and managed hotel and you can see the attention and love they put on it. Paradise for kids, from the kids area which is a two floor inside park to the spa for kids. Nice swimming pool and sauna area for adult. We had the experience of sauna with a true sauna master! Dinner has a generous buffet and the eggs area at breakfast is a must as well. You may need to learn a basic a German with some waiter but this just add to the characteristic environment.

Excellent location! The place looks just like something out of a postcard. :) The pool was really nice and refreshing.

We first want to thank the staff at the restaurant who were really nice. The spa was great!!! The parking is excellent. We enjoyed every moment. Excellent food.

That's a family hotel owned for more than 100 years. One can feel and appreciate the family care for the concept. Everything is very nice, and it feels like a real 5-star hotel: the atmosphere, the rooms, the view, food, and the spa. Pets are also very welcome with a small present. The summer fresh mountain air and peaceful nature make one feel relaxed and happy.

Facility is on great location and convenient to come from Croatia. It is on the ski slop, 100 m away, which is very practical with all ski equipment. I would recommend this hotel for staying.
