In a small town with many hiking to do, good size of the room with a balcony with a great view. Bed was good and big for a single room. Breakfast is very good. Food prices are fare.

It's our 4th time at the place - but the hotel has been renovated to it's core - the architect with the input from a perfectionist team - has created a combination of functional modern with local most amazing wooden Austrian flair. The boutique hotel is best located - facing a panoramic mountain view or the golf course. The breakfast is high quality with great choices for everyone. The rooms - with very nice balcony - are bigger than before and super comfy and beautiful. The Spa is offering all you need, brand new and very spacious. All facilities are well thought through - even plenty of storage for bikes, golf bags or skies. Starting now you can even enjoy a restaurant service. And not to forget the entire team - making the experience like home away from home. We will be back again !

The staff were exceptionally amazing, the service was superb with delicious breakfast every morning. Additionally, the sauna and pool facilities were very well maintained. Overall, perfect for a short winter get away. We would highly recommend this hotel to everyone.

Perfect from beginning to end.

Everything was really good. This was a bit over my usual budget but for a special occasion it's totally worth it. The location is amazing and so is everything in the building.

From the moment we arrived, we were captivated by the warm and welcoming atmosphere that enveloped the entire property. The room we stayed in was not only spacious, but also meticulously clean and well-maintained. I must commend your staff for their exceptional service. They were always ready to assist us with a smile, making us feel valued and cared for throughout our stay. Their attentiveness and willingness to go above and beyond truly made a difference in our overall experience. Moreover, the tranquility and romance that permeated the hotel's ambiance were beyond our expectations. It was a delight to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life and immerse ourselves in such a serene and intimate environment. Everything was amazing , the views , property , food and staff.

The rooms were very clean and spacious with lots of amenities including spa towels, spare rucksack and walking sticks for anyone hiking the local national park. It’s a very comfortable room and we had a double aspect and balcony which was lovely to admire the view of the mountains. The staff were exceptional in making our stay with them the best it could be. The food is exceptional and I highly encourage booking half board as you will not regret it. The breakfast is varied for all diets and the quality of ingredients is extremely good. If staying for dinner you will get a menu at breakfast for dinner with 4 choices of main dinner. The choice of buffet starter is delicious and then there is always a soup choice too. I absolutely loved the soups such as tomato consommé. Then the main dinners and desserts are excellent, I honestly cannot speak highly enough about how great the restaurant is, the creativity of the dishes, flavours and presentation are exceptional. Dishes such as the dessert of lingonberry pancakes with sour ice and local wild blueberries had us talking how delicious it was several times the next day! Then other thoughtful touches like a daily MorganPost newsletter giving weather predictions, hiking routes and things to do as well as offers from the spa were really appreciated. Overall I would highly recommend staying at this lovely hotel. The quality of everything from the amenities, the cleanliness, the staff and restaurant are excellent. We had to leave to get our flight before breakfast started and this came up just by chance in a conversation and we were immediately invited to the restaurant thirty minutes early so as not to miss out on breakfast before our journey. You would not get this from a big chain of hotels and shows just how much guests are valued at the Sonnerhof.
