United StatesOverall Impression:
Wonderful place to stay in a quiet little village.
Room Quality:
The room was clean and thoughtfully arranged. It was a bit challenging to climb into the loft via the ladder on top of the bunk bed for a larger individual, but it would be no problem for a smaller person or child.
Staff:
Louis and Maria were professional, courteous, and extremely helpful, providing excellent tips on what to do and see in the area.
Facilities:
The location up on a hillside in the Austrian Alps is absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed having coffee on the balcony or porch each morning and watching the sun rise over the valley below.
Location:
Very convenient, approximately 10-20 minutes from Innsbruck, and a short drive to the highway for access to other locations.
Value for Money:
Very reasonable price for the location and facilities.

It is clean inside it’s service everyday. The breakfast is amazing and so is the restaurant itself. The staff is personal and friendly. This was our third time at Hotel Rettenberg and it is certainly not the last one! The place is very nice, with a very good quality/price ratio. The rooms are very nice and the wellness area is ideal for a relaxing experience. The personnel is extremely kind and the restaurant very cozy. We love it!

The structure is absolutely great. They have a nice pool + small gym and an amazing wellness area.
Besides, they have 2 restaurants and a bowling (these seem to be available for general customers - not only for the hotel guests - but still, very practical).
The staff was very nice and helpful.
