The breakfast was very good and fresh with a wide variety of choice, including local delicacies. The room was spacious, clean and very comfortable. We used the gym to which had good modern equipment and a great view!

cozy room, wonderful environment, absolutely perfect Italian restaurant staff, very close to town and to ski area, quiet with just the pleasant sound of a babbling stream outside the hotel, and the fluffy white house dog is precious!!!

The apartment has great location in centre of the town at a walking distance from the major ski resort, very close to great local restaurants and supermarkets. The apartment is family-friendly and has everything we needed; it is spacious and warm, with a spectacular view to the nearby mountains; it features fully-furnished kitchen, comfortable beds and even toys for kids! The host is very helpful, friendly and easy to get in touch with. We enjoyed everything so much, and can't wait to come back!

    If you are looking for an amazing place to say in Austria. I highly recommend you visit the beautiful village of Kössen. There are plenty of hotel's, guesthouses and houses on the various house sharing apps to pick from. If you love great restaurants, bars and cofe's you will definitely find it all in Kössen. The village has great trails and plenty of paths for everyone to enjoy. The people are very friendly and really go out of their way to make everyone feel so welcome. If you love rafting, walking, hiking and paragliding you will love your stay in Kössen. To everyone that loves winter activities you will absolutely love your stay. Lastly I recommend you visit the local tourist office upon your arrival to Kössen. They can give you lots of great information and answer all your questions.

    This is a nice hotel with a good breakfast close to the paragliding landing field. BUT Johanna, the lovely woman that runs the hotel was extremely helpful in many ways. I had some friends arrive unexpectedly and despite being full Johanna managed to fit them in for one night and then find them a room with a friend of hers after that. I cannot recommend her, and the hotel highly enough.

    Very cosy place. Helpful staff. We felt like we were visiting family. The place is very historical and you can feel how the owners love this place - every touch of the interior can feel their love. We were lucky to have dinner at the same place - the hotel's restaurant. Delicious food and wine. Breakfast was the same as when visiting mom. We are very happy to visit you there.

    A real farm with cows, calves and two cats! Very kind owner. Extremely beautiful views from the house (approx. 600 m altitude) and many tracks suitable for walking. Many food stores and other shops in Kössen and other villages near by (5-10 min away with car). Very beautiful lake Walch. The area is very suitable for bicycling.

    Very comfy room with plenty restaurant options nearby. The room was clean and the owner was extremely friendly. The hotel does not have breakfast options but when we stayed there, the owner went to the bakery at 06:00AM to get fresh bread.
