Their professionalism and attentiveness were remarkable. A big thank you as well to Julia and Abu for their quick and efficient housekeeping and room service. They ensured everything was perfect and responded promptly to all requests. I also want to recognize Oliver and the concierge team for their incredible support in arranging trips and making restaurant reservations. Oliver’s attention to detail and helpfulness made everything seamless and enjoyable. Last but not least, I want to express my gratitude to Zsolt for his excellent concierge services, including assistance with luggage storage and handling the bags. His friendly demeanor and willingness to help were greatly appreciated. Overall, the staff at this property are amazing! The hotel itself was very clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is fantastic—perfect for exploring the city. The dining-in experience was also impressive, with delicious food of excellent quality, flavor, and portion size. We had a wonderful stay at the newly renovated Anantara Palais Hansen Vienna. The hotel feels fresh and modern, while still keeping the charm of the historic building. We stayed in a Deluxe room with a courtyard view, which was very quiet—so peaceful that we could sleep with the window open, something that’s rare in a city hotel! The room was spacious, clean, and very comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought went into the design and details. The bed was super cozy and we slept really well throughout our stay. One of the highlights was the breakfast. It was excellent, with both a buffet and à la carte options. There was a great selection of fresh food, and everything we tried was delicious. The staff were friendly and professional, always making sure we had everything we needed. Overall, it was a relaxing and luxurious stay in a beautiful hotel right in the heart of Vienna. We would definitely come back and recommend it to others looking for a quiet, high-quality place to stay.
