Hotel is new and well maintained. It is spotless, rooms are large and comfortable; very comfortable beds. Room had a balcony and was well appointed. With window closed it was quiet.. Hotel has a very nice spa with sauna, but no steam room or jacuzzi. No swimming pool. Multiple amenities like games, books, different sitting areas. Breakfast was very good with attentive staff.

It was a beautiful experience. Very clean, very well organized - the wellness is very clean, the restaurant was close with reasonable prices and food was good. The breakfast was really good. I will be happy to return.

It was a great place, exceeded our expectations. It is truly a wonderful experience to get a grasp of the past and centuries of history that took place in the same hallways you are walking on. Staff was great and helpful, breakfast super great and overall a great experience

Beautiful setting on the lake in a charming small town that is easily accessed by train. The rooms are large and well appointed. The breakfast buffet was the best ever and the evening restaurant food was excellent. The indoor pool, saunas and spa services were just what weary travelers needed!

    There are only a very few places to have coffee in the...

    There are only a very few places to have coffee in the morning, especially if the weather is bad and the lakeside pavilion is closed. Also, quite a lot of the restaurants around town seem to be permanently closed, which is unfortunate (especially because Ruhetagen of the remaining places tend to unfortunately fall on the same days)
