We were pleasantly surprised at how much thought and attention to detail had been given to stocking the accommodation with holiday essentials. We were greeted with a fridge full of fresh eggs, butter,milk and a range of bread mixes to use in the bread maker supplied. There was internet wifi, a smart TV, family board games etc. Even farm animals to pet! We felt welcomed and extremely comfortable.

Great Glamping tent, had all that was needed and extra blankets if it got cold. Was good that they had a rechargeable torch in the bathroom area with sensor and lights on the outside of the tent and in the paths around the tents.

We booked one of the cabins at Walpole Rest Point Caravan Park and were very impressed with what we got! The cabins have an undercover protected parking bay in the carport, a little living area with sofa in the front room (as you enter the place) and then a complete kitchen with cooking facilities and large refrigerator, so we were able to buy groceries at the general store and cook our own meals! There are 2 bedrooms, separate bathroom and toilet and a little garden area surrounding the place. It was very cosy and convenient and one could easily live in there! At sunset, hundreds of kangaroos surround the grounds eating and playing which was super entertaining. There are pelicans hanging out on the little jetty, a large jumping pillow for the kids and the receptionist was super happy and friendly, warmly greeting us upon arrival and even allowing us an early check-in! The place is about 25 minutes drive from the Valley Of the Giants and is a really calm, relaxing and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommend.

The place is beautiful for someone who likes Quiet and Nature. Sound of the river while you sleep in night. I can still hear it from the memory. I will be returning back with my husband.

We traveled as a family. The house is located in a beautiful, scenic area. It was spacious and had everything we needed for a stay — kitchenware, a large barbecue on the veranda, two comfortable double beds, and a washer-dryer.
