Located within close walking distance to the heart of Broome, this hotel offers quality accommodations with excellent leisure facilities, just a 10-minute drive from Cable Beach. The hotel is very well located for getting out and about and seeing Broome. My room was lovely and big with a balcony overlooking the park. The hotel bistro bar was excellent for all my evening meals. The reception staff were very helpful in dealing with my queries about tours I had booked.

Located in Broome, 1.1 miles from Town Beach, Kimberley Travellers Lodge - Broome YHA provides accommodations with a garden, free private parking, a shared lounge and a terrace. Pool was great - kitchen great and bathrooms pretty new and clean. Dorms are little small and young girls pretty messy, be great to have some storage near bunks to lock
Broome in May has a dry warm temperature ideal for swimming` The facilities are very good but expensive Because of the dispersed nature of Broome the public bus service to my location at the Broome Vaation Village was non existent making it unsuitable for backpackers
Stayed one night, along with other friends, some of whom stayed longer. Walkable town with several museums. Several very good restaurants in general CBD, and Matsos Brewery and Restaurant steps away from the Moonlight Bay Suites. Spent most time at Matsos because, as group organizer for eclipse traveling friends, we could be centrally located. Perfect spot. Friends who could not board the Coral Discoverer, due to having tested positive for Covid, stayed an extra week and found Broome to be a very friendly and helpful town, with lots to do, and places to eat. They continued to stay at the Moonlight Bay Suites, which they found to be very helpful to the one who did not have covid. For all of us, we found the taxi service to be fast and friendly. Check museum times to ensure that you can have enough time. One couple did not have enough time, but were given a voucher for the next day. Very nice touch. We will happily return if we can.
A great place to visit but not a lot to do for anyone with mobility issues. This is more an adventure place. Be prepared to pay more for items - this is a remote town. Excellent food choices from simple fare to classy restaurants at Cable Beach. A great family location for a stress free holiday worth the time to visit. Make sure you visit the museum for the history is thought provoking.
Beautiful Broome hosting lots of tours in & around Town by bus, bike, trike, hike, plane, boat & car - or as a base to explore into the Kimberleys. Hosting excellent restaurants, cafes & shops, live bands, sports, comedy nights, Shinju Matsuri Festival, Indoor & Outdoor movie cinemas, Markets, Art & so much more. A great family holiday location, backpackers or for anyone seeking warmth, sun & sand - Cable beach 🏖 is beautiful & hosts WAs best sunsets -It has a dog walking section of the beach. Or opt for night Astro tours, camping, swimming or photography tours. Broome Vetinary hospital has kennels for dogs whilst you go on tours. Broome’s History is rich & vibrant so visit the Museum. Dry season is the perfect time to visit - Enjoy
Fantastic place but not enough promotion by locals. Indigenous people wandering around and makeshift camps in plain site. Very untidy town and somewhat threatening to tourists. The Willie creek pearl farm was the exception with the a very tidy and clean appearance. Staff very enthusiastic and knowledgeable. Matsos brewery and cafe was very good but menu was inflexible. I have a mushroom allergy and there was no other sauce. Willie creek pearls is a must. Eat at Matsos and Green Mango cafe.
Go in the right season April to October more things to do. But would thoroughly recommend broome. Visit Willie creek. Croc Park. Stairway to moon. Matson. Travel by bus. But they finish just after 6pm then need taxi if no own transport
Our hostess Marilyn offered us the friendliest and most knowledgeable introduction to Broome. She was a delight to chat to, as was her assistant Ronnie. We loved the attentive hospitality. We enjoyed excellent breakfasts in an atmospheric room. Being a tea drinker I congratulate the hotel on providing an outstanding quality loose tea and an insulated teapot. I loved the aviary with eclectic parrots. I loved the secluded relaxation corners under the trees.
We wanted a hotel for a one night stopover, prior to commencing a 17 day tour. The Broome Time Resort fitted our needs perfectly. It was just a short drive from the Airport and close to a moderate sized shopping Centre. We bought two small self-heat meals for dinner as we were not looking for a large meal. The rooms were well equipped and bed was very comfortable.
Thought location was brilliant, we were around the corner from Matsos, and walking distance from most things except Cable Beach :) It was our first time to Broome and we really enjoyed our stay. Great views from the Beer Garden and great little cabanas around the pool and facing the views. Everything was comfortable and I would happily stay again.
Broome
We didnt get use the restaurant due to limited operational hours. Washing machine and dryer was helpful as towels were not replaced regularly - so very useful. Multiple pool areas are a bonus. We were able to hold our cases in reception for a time before we left for airport.
