We were very happy with the room. It was a good size and I liked that you provided a little dinning table. The bed was comfy. The shower was a good size. The room was very clean. position was great with choice of location for food. Parking was readily available.
Located in Bundaberg, 6 miles from Bundaberg Rum Distillery, Bundaberg Park Village provides accommodations with an outdoor swimming pool, free private parking, a shared lounge and a garden. No breakfast. I stayed here because of being pet friendly, it was perfect
Alexandra Apartments offer brand new, self-contained accommodations only 5 minutes from both the airport and the Bundaberg CBD. Alexandra Apartments give you space, independence and home comforts. It was perfect for my brother and I (being a 2-bedroom apartment) so that we could attend a funeral the next day in the area - very clean, nice, adequate amenities for meals and value for money
Located across from Alexandra Park, this boutique motel has air-conditioned accommodations with flat-screen TVs and built-in DVD players. Guests can relax by the outdoor swimming pool. The room is quite big so we have extra space to rest, to play with my kid and to work. The swimming pool was awesome and clean, my boy loved it so much! It was very convenient to move to other shopping centers or attraction, especially there are a big park and a zoo right at the rear street of the motel, which are next the the river.
Tour of Kalki Moon Gin Distillery, Tour of Bundy Rum Distillery, Taste tests at Ohana Cider House, Drink samples on Bundy Brewed Drinks Trip to Bargarra Beach, Botantical Gardens & visit to Bert Hinkler House & Museum & visit to Childers on way home
Easy access to the beaches and golf courses with movement around the city also an easy task. Not all shops in the city were open on Sunday. Cafes were good in the city and at Bargarra, the beach suburb.
Loved Bundaberg from it’s welcoming home town feel, beautiful old architecture and quirky shops. The Botanical Gardens and museums were beautiful and I loved the little council run zoo. Beautiful walkways by the river made it a lovely place to explore.
So much to see and do from the the Rum distillery tour learning the local history a must place to go. Bundaberg is so easy to get around as everything is in very close together. Bundaberg is an old style town with may old buildings doted around, a side trip out to 1770 was a day well spent also
Easy to find the local tourist attractions Bagara beach area was nice easy to get around with GPS Enjoyed catching up on the local history, visited the Botanical gardens which included Bert Hinkler Aviation museum, Fairymead House and Sugar Museum and the Bundaburg Museum.
Bundaberg is a large regional city in the centre of a very fertile agricultural district, with seaside towns with excellent accomodation near by.Many interesting Tourist attractions, pleasant gardens and riverside parks all easily accesses .Well worth sending a few days touring the area.
The room was clean and big enough for just myself. The man at reception was nice and his wife was kind and showed me how to use the laundry. It is along a main road of bundaberg but I didn’t hear any traffic at night and it is close to all sorts of restaurants and fast food if that’s your thing. They even have an in house restaurant though I didn’t use it. All in all good price and good spot, definitely worth the money.
Excellent location, exceptionally clean, comfortable, private and quiet. All items thoughtfully provided for stays of one night or much longer (as was my experience). Very close to Bundaberg's Public and Private Hospitals for those seeking accommodation close to these facilities. The owners are fabulously helpful, friendly, caring and totally professional.
The cooked breakfast was excellent. Best that we have had in a hotel for a long time. it helps that they also own the pub next door which has a great kitchen. The hotel has been recently refitted and modernised inside. The bed is big and comfortable. The place must be good as it was fulled booked out every night that we were there.
3. Plates and cutlery clean and well-presented. Good for eating in-house. 2. Staff provided a menu for the Railway Hotel which was within easy walking distance and which offered a good range of meals. We ate well with a pleasant walk home. 1. Staff considerate of our delayed arrival.
My stay at the Matilda Motel in Bundaberg was most enjoyable. My unit was the best equipped unit that I have ever stayed in. The bed was so comfortable that I had the best sleep for some time and even better than I was getting in my own bed.
The location was convenient to the train which was our mode of transport to Bundaberg. It had room for parking the car we hired. The room was clean and tidy. The fresh milk instead of long life milk was a nice bonus for the morning cuppa.
The owner was very friendly. The unit was close to Bundaberg Central but still very quiet. It was more like a home with full cooking facilities and a range of items to use e.g. cooking oil, milk etc
room was clean and appeared to be recently renovated. Exterior appearance of the hotel was not welcoming and there were no restaurant facilities available for my stay.
Convenient location. Cabins were spacious and had everything we needed during the stay. Air con was really good and TV also had working Netflix which kids loved.
location is good and car park is lock at nite to protect cars. walking distance to RSL and their CBD. Pub across road where you can get a drink and a meal
Great simple hotel room that is pet friendly. Staff were great, very friendly and helpful. Beds were comfy and great value for money.
Excellent location, across the street is a small shopping centre, and just 10 mins walk to Bundaberg CBD.
Location is close to central Bundaberg and is only minutes away from major shopping and food.
Staff were responsive, and access to all things in Bundaberg were easy.
