We had a 2 brm apartment which was fantastic for 3 of us seniors travelling together. It was at the back of the complex so no road noise. Would also be great for a family. There was a lounge/dining room with kettle, microwave, iron. Cups and spoons but nothing else. Even though the breakfast menu looked great we did not have breakfast at the motel only because it had been organised elsewhere. However, we had dinner in the restaurant and would give it at 5 out of 5. Two of us had the baked barramundi and the other had the rump steak. Each meal was delicious, cooked to our liking and a great variety of vegetables and not overpriced. Would definitely recommend.

Love the town, the people, the relaxed atmosphere, the food and the great country experience. There are a number of great restaurants, bakeries, fantastic museum as well as a Saturday morning fun run/walk.

I would call The Laurels, rustic glam. Fantastic stay in amazing cottage with classic aussie outback charm. Easily the best accommodation in Chinchilla & probably for hundreds of km in any direction. Beautiful by the creek, with a roaring fire, peaceful & private. Amazing friendly & helpful staff who go above & beyond for you. Loads of different interesting settings to socialise & dinner in the homestead was restaurant quality. Seriously impressed. Thank you so much for making our weekend getaway truly special.
Room was perfect, very new and modern inside. Was really great place to stay in Chinchilla. The staff went above and beyond, asked for flowers in the room and they went out of their way to accommodate my request. 10/10 bear staff I’ve ever dealt with
I have stayed in hotels and motels from up in Cairns down to Victoria, and I have to say Acacia was the cleanest establishment so far. I felt very comfortable there.
The owner reminded me of my work supervisor. My supervisor is awesome.
Location was just on the outskirts of town. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very clean and comfortable. Definately a hidden gem. If ever in chinchilla again we will stay here.
Breakfast was tasty and the butter was spreadable, which is good because some places give you frozen butter! Chinchilla Motel is a great place to stay and quiet and comfortable.
We love everything about staying here and this is the only place we stay when we are in Chinchilla. The owners and staff are very friendly and helpful. See you next stay.
The little cabins provided a cosy atmosphere. The room was clean, bright and comfortable. I enjoyed the pool in the evening, and the facilities provided.
I love this place, i visit chinchilla once a month and this is my favourite hotel to stay at. Feels like i'm staying in a unit, it has everything i need.
