AustraliaVery convenient location for our purpose of travel. We had the 3-bed unit which has no lounge area, but this wasn't an issue for us. Rooms were warm and beds very comfy. Bathroom dated but large and very clean so again no issue. Parking right at door. Great pub for dinner. Reception staff very helpful and happily booked table for dinner for us, definitely stay again.

Toowoomba is very easy to drive around, not a big city which suited me very well. Love how easy it is to get away and out into countryside. Of course, the gardens are a lovely highlight. Other favourite places visited: Cobb & Co Museum and Picnic Point.

Toowoomba is a beautiful town where so many trees, flowers and greenery. It warms my heart. Admittedly, I usually go there for work but in that time, I am determined to at least get a walk in around some gardens to get that feeling of beauty.
I do find the roads a little confusing and my GPS doesn't always take me the most practical way around that area.

We were only in Toowoomba for a day and night.
We were only in Toowoomba for a day and night.
However we did make time to get to see Queens and Laurel Parks - outstanding floral displays.
We met friends in Crows Nest on way home.
Quaint little Town with an internationally known restaurant -Myrtle’s; And, take a visit to the book shop - you will be surprised.

The Garden Festival was wonderful and the printed program made if very easy to work out our own preferences prices etc.
The public gardens are a credit to the creators
Enough eating establishments for our taste which were within our budget.
With a gps it was very easy to find venues
We were a group of three one very elderly senior and two adults - probably parking was the only slight inconvenience

The gardens in Toowoomba are stunning.
The gardens in Toowoomba are stunning. There are so many parks to explore and enjoy within a short distance to each other. The colours and variety of flowers were amazing in every place we visited. Many food options with great cafes and restaurants. Will definitely be back to visit.

Come for the Carnival of Flowers and be inspired by the Gardens on display. Choose from the many Ethnic restaurants in Margaret Street for a standout meal. Highly recommend Turkish Restaurant - Sofra, and Hello Harry's Burgers. Laurel Bank park was stunning, as was Queens Park.

The Keepers House was absolutely beautiful. The photos don't do it justice. The kids had the best game of backyard cricket and tag, the yard was huge! The house was exceptional. Everything you need was available! We made dinner there and had our Toowoomba family over to share on the beautiful big dining table. Location was superb. We were able to walk to the Queens Park Christmas lights and carols within 20 minutes. Mick's communication was great... much better than mine! 5 stars for everything. We will be back.

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment and were upgraded to a 2 bedroom apartment. The apartment exceeded our expectations and was beautifully decorated, making it feel like a home away from home. It was clean, spacious, comfortable and well equiped, with everything we needed. for a relaxing stay. As a frequent visitor to Toowoomba, we will definitely be returning. The perfect home away from home.
