The property is in the process of renovation, which it needs, to be honest. More importantly, the manager was very helpful and professional and the price reflected the current condition of the rooms. It was in an excellent location and convenient for the local hospital - the reason for our stay.

quiet side road position made it an excellent choice, a balcony and accessible by ground level . towels were clean and fluffy, the linen were clean and crisp, the room smelt great the kitchen was well stocked and very functional. bath room was large clean and in a great state of repair. a place to hang my travel bag and bathroom items all within perfect reach . it was great

After initially having an issue with the automatic after-hours check in machine [which was sorted by a phone call to the manager] I believe that this concept is a good idea as you don't have to rush to meet regular check-in hours. Fairly large floor space with separate table and chairs provided. Had all the basis provisions found in most motels.
