The service by the staff was great, they bent over backwards to ensure we were happy after I complained about the quality of our original
townhouse booking. They offered us two alternative options on site, gave us time to consider and checked in with us after we moved rooms. I can’t fault that at all. Thank you! Hint for housekeeping staff though, please check and replace the dishwashing liquid and liquid bath wash daily.

The room was very clean, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was great. The spa bath was amazing after a long day out on my feet. It was quiet at night even though it is on and near a main road. The park directly behind the hotel is fantastic for families and a 2 minute work to a major shopping centre was a bonus.
