Brilliant location to enjoy Fringe festival activities at a cheaper price than the CBD in March. Loved the pool and the spa, perfect temperatures. Breakfast was fine.

the spa bath was awesome! It had really strong jets. Despite having a couple of functions the room remained fairly quiet. The black out curtains worked a treat too! The staff were very friendly.
