Lake Tyers is a pretty spot, and the property has a view of the sea and is close enough to hear the sound of the surf. Inside, the house is spacious and light, and would accommodate a family or two couples easily. The kitchen has everything one would need, with modern appliances. The e-mail with lockbox instructions had gone astray but the host responds quickly to communications so it was all sorted out without any problem or delay. On arrival we found that the host had left a bottle of wine and a few things to eat which was a generous touch. And the heater had been left on for us which was much appreciated, as it was during winter. Also the wood stove was much appreciated. The internet is Starlink so the speed is pretty decent.

    It's a very convenient location and the cleanliness of the house was excellent. Lots of utensils facilities in the kitchen. Would have been better if the beds were abit more bigger for space. Overall it was an amazing place to stay with family and friends.
