Staff were absolutely fantastic, after arriving early they were able to swap me to an available room so I could rest before an event. The room was comfortable, hygienic and had great air con.

Clean rooms and very big. Good parking

The atmosphere was great but the re furb was perfect! Loooved it

I can't rate this place more highly. The location was so central and The room (which was recently renovated) was beautifully done. The room had everything we needed, was quiet immaculately clean and had a very comfy bed. What really sets this place apart, though, was the staff. Sally and the team were so accommodating - from helping us with our bags to changing us to a quiet room (without even asking) and letting us have a late check-out. 10/10 for service. This place is an absolute gem and very reasonably priced.

Excellent property and very good facilities

Location - so easy if having an early flight, just a short walk from the terminal; sparkling clean room, spacious bathroom, very quiet - no noise from the airport at all. It goes at a cost - windows don't open, bur aircon was very efficient. Fantastic staff!- I made a mistake booking a smaller room at lower floor (to be fair, it wasnt clear from the description), which was OK but music and noise from a lobby was a distraction. We asked if they can move us higher and got an upgraded room on L5, at no extra cost, and that one was fantastic! may not always be the available, so please check carefully what you book.

Room was well-equipped, attractively furnished, clean and comfortable. Staff is friendly and helpful. Location is superb, right across the street from shops and restaurants, close to bus lines and within walking distance of the train station.

Really well equipped, including nice hand lotion/soaps in the bathroom, and the small kitchen. The extras in the lobby (which we didn't know about until much later).

Clean room as always. Friendly staff. Underground parking was easy.

The hotel is in a very good environment with excellent facilities, gym and self-service coffee area, and the staff is very friendly and helpful

The rooms, the lobby, the location, the staff, everything was good.

I really liked everything about the hotel. It was impeccable 👌 Bed had a warming sheet and was working perfectly fine. Everything worked, and the shower had nice pressure.

Facilities, friendly staff, atmosphere and modern/grand feels

We loved the japanese-stylish hotel. Simple but super modern interior design in a very luxurious way! Bed was fantastic, the room was very clean and the facilities top dollar! We still don't understand how much value for money we got with this 3 night stay - on top of our amazing room the facilities such as business room, library with good coffee and tea and the free parking and amazing breakfast was also included in our deal :)

It is in a fabulous location ! The decor is Intersting and very historical ! Staff so friendly and helpful
