The rooms are exceptionally clean, the bed was super comfy and the garden level room we were in was very quiet. The staff from check in to the pub/lounge and breakfast were superb. It is a very welcoming spot. This is the fourth time we have stayed in two years.

Everything about he Hitchen Priory is just what we were looking for! We flew in from the U.S.A. arrived at 6:30 am and drove from Heathrow to Hitchen. We were tired to say the least. The Priory let us check in early so we could rest. The room was excellent and in a quiet area. A nice big bathroom, with a lovely hot shower, helped to revive us. We had a sumptuous dinner at the restaurant connected with the Priory. The next day we had a wonderful breakfast with that great bacon that the Brits have. YUM! We were there for 2 nights and all around it was a perfect stay.

We came with our Australian cousin and as the Aussie hotels...

We came with our Australian cousin and as the Aussie hotels in Perth are pretty good now, I was very pleased that the Broadway was as good and better than when I used to stay a while back. It's welcoming and comfortable. I like the way that you have arranged the tables. The lift is something else but it's good for purpose!!!

Well worth a visit.

Well worth a visit. A very calm, relaxing place and the garden city aspect was very interesting. Plenty of restaurants and coffee shops. Wide pavements made it easy to walk around and the main street architecture made for a pleasant experience.

The location is good and the property and grounds have good...

The location is good and the property and grounds have good potential. But they are being renovated and definitely based on my stay recently cannot recommend at the moment, the property should not be operating as a hotel until the renovations are complete.

The stand out thing about Letchworth Hall was the staff.

The stand out thing about Letchworth Hall was the staff. Always smiling, helpful and kind, Wonderful and attentive service. Also the cleanliness was very good. The location was peaceful and quite. Located near to the A1 made it very convenient.

Didn't really see much of Letchworth as our visit was to...

Didn't really see much of Letchworth as our visit was to spend time with family. We did have lunch at The Broadway Hotel. Food excellent. Staff very cheerful and efficient. Would highly recommend.

My own stay was ok, Any guests who have access difficulties...

My own stay was ok, Any guests who have access difficulties or are a wheel chair user may have a few problems here. Please note this is a nice Old Hall and sometimes it is difficult to make all accessibility possible due to steps between floors etc. there are lifts but they are small. Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Everything about our stay was an absolute joy. The lovely lady at reception who found us a table for dinner even though the restaurant was very busy. Really lovely meal. Warm room waiting for us. Two very nice dog beds with doggy biscuits personalised with the name of the hotel. Just a lovely place to stay. Weren’t we lucky?

The best part about this hotel is by far the staff and the food, they couldn't do enough to help, were smiley and so friendly, the food is definitely a highlight aswell, highly recommend the pancakes with maple syrup and bacon for breakfast 😀

Excellent breakfast, lots of variety and good quality food. Less than 5min drive into Letchworth Town Centre. Staff friendly and attentive. Room was comfortable. Nuffield gym/swimming pool right next door which is included in the price.
