Beautiful place, hills & pastures ..township itself typical country little shopping hub with the hotel Just enjoy travelling hrough the mountains to next adoreable country townships like montville etc.
Maleny has many natural attributes - so if you love fresh country air & bush walking also great scenery you have picked a great location. Probably Christmas/ New Year the central shopping precinct is a little hectic but if you avoid “touristy” cafes & shops you’re fine. Weather is usually a little cooler than coastal areas especially evenings but plenty to do with cheese & dairy factories, lovely gardens including Mary Cairncross Reserve Montville & Botanic Gardens/Bird World don’t forget a 7km walk to base of Kondalilla Falls.
Lovely place with lots of shopping and food options. Hard to get parking in Main Street but plenty of options behind most shops including IGA. Plenty of Accommodation Options including Motels , B& B’s etc A couple of Antique shops and Op Shops
Maleny village is a vibrant country town, lots of shops and markets and variety of eateries. The surrounding hinterland area is stunning, with many other interesting villages to visit. Loved Kenilworth too.
Maleny is a beautiful and picturesque little town. Scenery is to die for. Plenty of country to drive about to see. Walks to take, mountain drives and other places to go. Very easy to get around, bird sanctuary and gardens are fantastic. Will go again in the future.
Loved Maleny - so many places to explore but we needed more time! Beautiful walk to the platypus pool and a 6km loop from there was one of my highlights. Drives all round the area all with stunning views of the Glasshouse Mountains and the hinterland also wonderful. Maleny Bakery is fabulous and does some great rice paper rolls for a healthy option lunch and great coffee. Also good meals at the Maleny Hotel.

Excellent location being a short walk into town and a great base from which to explore the surrounding area. Maleny and surrounds is a beautiful place. We were pleasantly surprised by the food at nearby Maleny Hotel. Definitely not standard 'pub grub'. We had a delicious evening meal. Good service from friendly bistro and bar staff. Also great communication from the hosts which made for easy check in and check out. We'll certainly recommend Maleny Guesthouse to friends and family. Thanks Peter.

Bendles is a lovely property, with the cottages accessible by romantic little paths between hedges like a kind of secret garden. The cottage was clean, and included all kinds of little touches we weren't expecting like the Nescafe coffee machine or the Bose speakers. Bendles is near the Maleny Cheese Shop and other places around Maleny we wanted to visit so the location was perfect for us. Thank you for very much for a romantic weekend experience.

Recently had three excellent nights at Ruddles Retreat. Was very easy to find and very tranquil location. My little one had a great time exploring the grounds and the child-gate for the upstairs was much appreciated. We had an issue pop up and Stuart was extremely responsive and went above and beyond in looking to resolve it. Would definitely look to stay here again next time I'm in Maleny.

my villa was very clean and comfortable and had everything I could possibly need, was very close to the main street of Maleny so could park my car and walk everywhere. The place had a self check in so didn't see any staff but Jodi always answered any messages I sent her promptly answering all questions. Was very quiet and relaxing, perfect getaway.

The property had 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. There was a lot of provisions and things already thought of inside the house. The house had great views. The owners were great hosts and easily contactable throughout our stay. We had an easy check in and check out process. Would highly recommend this place for accommodation in Maleny/Montville area.
Beautiful central location in Melany, huge sized cottage which accommodated our family for a wedding. This was next to a beautiful rainforest with a running creek literally at your back door. The Hotel was separate from the Cottage, this was a building by itself that was split into 2 family units.
The fireplace and the spa bath were the highlights! As there were not too many cottages, it felt very secluded and romantic. The homemade scones and cookies on arrival was a beautiful touch. The staff were so helpful and being greeted by Rusty the dog was lovely! Will 100% be back!
Excellent comfy, spacious and decorated rooms, beautiful views down to coast and sea. The breakfast was delicious and better than most hotels that I have stayed at. A very nice quite retreat for our short getaway. Short drive to both Maleny and Montville. Would return again.
