Plenty to see and do in Mildura.

Plenty to see and do in Mildura. The NRMA caravan park was so fun, so we spent plenty of time there. The river is great. The free water play park in town is great for young kids. Bobby & me cafe is excellent (food & location). Woodsie's Gem Shop was quite cool. It is a great place to visit, very comfortable if accommodation has air-conditioning and pool.

Could easily live here, so much to see & do, albeit speed limit on some very wide roads with huge median strips needs to be increased, quite frustrating, but once you get to where your going there’s plenty of restaurants, cafes, shops & sites.

Mildura a town of excellent history with a visit to the Chaffey home etc well worth it. Plenty to see around town and the river, plus option to take a trip on a "paddle wheeler". Good to drive to Wentworth etc to checkout the history and river/s Darling and Murray meet there. Great places to eat around town, and the INFO Centre worth a visit - very helpful.

My trip was a short trip on business and unfortunately I wasn't able to check out any of Mildura's attractions. However, I do plan to return at some stage as I'd like to have a look through the Holden Museum.

The location was central which was great for getting around. We asked not to be disturbed for the whole stay as we wanted to remain fairly isolated due to visiting elderly family members. Owners accommodated this and also checked in with us using the room phone to make sure we were okay. My partner who has stayed in many more motels said it was probably the cleanest one they've seen. Owners also upgraded our room after there was a mix-up with booking.com at no extra charge due to the length of our stay.

I had booked to stay for a few nights, but my situation changed with having to remain in Mildura longer than expected. I did not have an exact date to leave due to my situation. The staff were fantastic as bookings were high during a long weekend. I was able to remain in the same room and was able to advise day by day when my expected date of departure was. The staff were very empathetic with to me and did everything to ensure I had a peaceful stay. I will not hesitate to book here again.

The room was of good size and very clean. The bathroom was large with a great shower. You could throw a stone to all the major shops. There was very little road noise compared to many other motels in the same area and on the same main road which surprised me. It was central to everything I needed. Was excellent value for money. I've paid $40 to $50 dollars per night more to stay in the same standard of motel in the same area so I was quite happy when I gave this one a go.

I had a lovely stay at the Mildura City Gate Hospital. The room was clean with freshly laundered crisp bed linens. This motel was way better than some of the hotels I stayed at and I highly recommend it. There were breakfast supplies provided along with fresh milk and orange juice. This motel has exceeded my expectations and the staff, Sue in particular was very welcoming, kind and approachable.

It’s an excellent location and the grandeur and history adds to the experience, and the views across the river were truly memorable to. The staff were exceptional, we always friendly, courteous and went above and beyond to provide advise on directions and places to see and visit in Mildura. The pride of the hotel and their town shone through and added to our experience at the Grand

The park is in a good location and you can walk down to the water. The cabins were spacious-we stayed in a family cabin. They were very well equipped. My kids loved the pool, slide and play area. The park was nice and quiet for us which was great. The park was very family friendly and the staff were great.

The hotel is in a quiet location, and only a short walk into town. There is a supermarket just across the road. The room is spacious and comfortable with everything we needed for a family of 4. The pool was perfect for the hot weather this week. The kids spent a lot of time in there.

A great experience to stay on a 1940s paddleboat that has been tastefully maintained and restored without losing its character. Paul was very helpful and obliging. We had two adjoining cabins. The open areas are very spacious and comfortable. Very nice to stay on the river in Mildura.

Good reception staff, nice room - fresh and comfortable bed. Breakfast is offered. Closer than most motels to Mildura central. Nice plants and greenery - this is one of the better motels I’ve experienced in Mildura.

Was glad to get in on a cancellation. Difficult to get a bed in Mildura as so many have no vacancies left after 1700 hours. After a long trip needed a bed and luckily on the ground floor.
