Everything was just wonderful! It felt like coming home after a long trip. The house is beautiful and rich of history and Karen and John are welcoming and warm. We enjoyed our stay very much and would highly recommend it to anyone!

Staying on-site at a strawberry farm was very refreshing. Love the lil farm animals. It was very quiet throughout the night. Love the morning walk around. Enjoyed the fresh air and scenery. Will revisit when it's strawberry season.

The location is both convenient and peaceful. The house is spotless, and the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need. We had a wonderful stay, and I highly recommend it for families or groups of friends.

Best view from the dining room, like having our own Twelve Apostle for ourselves. Nice kitchen, lounge, beds. Unfortunately, we only stayed for a night, needs a few nights to enjoy the whole house.

Aside from its great proximity to the Great Ocean Road attractions, the customer service was excellent. We informed Sarah that we would be checking in late, and since the front desk closes at 6 PM, she thoughtfully arranged our key in an envelope together with a Great Ocean Road map for us. We met her the next morning upon check-out, and she was very warm and welcoming. Even days after our stay, when I requested an invoice, she provided it almost immediately. We truly appreciated her responsiveness and thoughtful service. Thank you, Sarah, for making our stay such a pleasant experience!
