This was our 2nd visit and the only place we stay at when visiting family nearby. David is exceptional in communication and we love his stunning place. It is so comfortable, the decor is beautiful and has the best views and lovely to go for a walk along the Bay. Eateries and a shop downstairs are also very handy. We couldn't recommend David's place highly enough. Thank you David, we'll definitely be back! 🌟

    For my purpose, travelling with my adult daughter and 5-year...

    For my purpose, travelling with my adult daughter and 5-year-old grandson it was really good. I was there to attend a surprise birthday party so I wouldn't normally travel here in winter. There is a shopping centre literally five minutes from the place where we stayed with a range of shops and restaurants My grandson had a minor injury to his leg and we were able to see a GP on the Sunday of a long weekend! The Werribee Open Plains Zoo is only minutes away and was great. If weather had permitted, we would have gone to Sovereign Hill...but that is now for another day. I

    We love visiting Point Cook we have family there so any excuse to travel there. We like that there is always something different to explore each time we visit! And it's not too far to travel to explore surrounding areas.

    Beds were very comfortable, all linen and the home were immaculately clean. Well appointed and spacious it well suited our group of 9 people. Location was great with plenty of on street parking,in addition to the in garage spaces x 2. Many choices for local and city dining ( including takeaway) Wi-fi is free you will need to look for password on bottom of modem. Hosts were very helpful pre and during our stay.

    My wife and I made a booking for 2 night at Halen’s house...

    My wife and I made a booking for 2 night at Halen’s house from July 31st till August 2nd to attend a funeral on the 1st of August. It was very hard to find the location of Halen’s house, we drove twice around the block and had to park the car very far on a side road and walk with the luggage on the footpath till we arrive there. No one was home, I had to call the owner who requested me to fax a photo of my licence to identify me, not so easy to do when you are standing in front of a door and under the rain, I took a photo of my Licence and sent it by SMS to his mobile I received a 5-digit code to use to open the front door, My wife and I tried maybe 12 times but could not opened the door, we called the owner several time between trying, he told us to key the Code Quickly and try again ,eventually after many attempt we managed to open the door, we got very worried because at night it will be more difficult and maybe we will not be able to open this door in the dark, also we noted that the bathroom and shower are upstairs only one single toilet downstair, this we were not advised. So, we decided not to check in and to look a better place to stay. This was a very stressful experience, the service from the owner was very poor, unable to help, no one home to talk too, when I advise him that I was not going to stay these he rudely told me, suite your self you are not going to get your money back. I am writing this email to make you aware for other people who may get the same treatment we got. Could I get my refund please? Please acknowledge receipt this email Please call me on 0413 403 545 to explain

    Great location close to Melbourne, and to the Geelong side...

    Great location close to Melbourne, and to the Geelong side of Melbourne. We were blown away by the gardens and rose garden area at the Werribee Mansion, very close to Point Cook. loved driving around the Great Ocean Road and seeing the sites on this side of the Bay.

    I was visiting family there.

    I was visiting family there. However, there are several points of interest in Pt Cook to explore. The Werribee Mansion is an iconic building, in a beautiful green setting, and is open for meals. Worth seeing. Sanctuary Lakes has a man-made canal and a beautiful restaurant with waterfront views. The Werribee Zoo is close by and offers bus trips around the facility to see giraffes, elephants etc in natural surroundings. Very well presented. The Werribee railway station is close by and can take you into the city proper to explore Melbourne further. There are several shopping malls offering Kmart, Target, Big W, Myer and several movie theatres as well. Port Phillip Bay is nearby. Altona Beach has sand, surf and a jetty.

    Everything is fine. After reading other people's comments, I nervously chose this hotel, but the result exceeded expectations. Firstly, the grandparents from China are very enthusiastic and friendly. They even cooked dumplings for us when we were hungry, making it feel like we were back home. Secondly, the cost-effectiveness here is extremely high. We have chosen this place and cannot meet the level requirements of a five-star hotel.

    Everything the bed and lounge and pillows were the most comfiest I've ever been at a hotel my gosh the best sleep 🥰🥹and we was in a emergency situation we got let down by a air bnb and found this place so we was super happy with this option.
